Elementz Mg Flakes has the highest concentration of pristine magnesium chloride (47% MgCl2) that is available. It is sourced from the ancient Zechstein seabed in northern Europe which lies 1,600m to 2,000m underground, where it has been protected for 250 million years. Magnesium Flakes is especially beneficial when used in baths or foot baths.

How to Use Elementz Mg Flakes

When first starting, we suggest daily soaks for 7-10 days. Always drink some water before and after soaks.

Foot Soaks: Add 100-150g (approximately 1 cup) of Elementz Mg Flakes to enough warm water in a basin to cover feet. Sit, soak and relax for 20-40 minutes.

Body Soaks: Add 300-500g Elementz Mg Flakes to warm bath water. Lie back and relax for 20-40 minutes.

It is recommended to do foot or body soaks 2-3 times a week.

You can use up to to 8lbs (3.63kg) for whole body soaks.

Use of Mg Flakes is suitable for all ages, during pregnancy and nursing.

The temperature of the magnesium bath should be warm (37˚C) and not hot.

Storage: Always keep Mg Flakes in a cool and dry environment. Promptly re-seal after use.
